FOUNDER

Maria is a massage therapist, yoga instructor, and energy medicine practitioner. She has 20 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and also continues to study multiple integrative techniques and modalities. Maria has a strong background in physical fitness, yoga, martial arts, energy medicine and psychology. She educates clients on the importance of routine self care practices, recognition of common environmental stress triggers and self limiting beliefs, and encourages mindful sensory input and exposure. All of her work assists in bringing the body mind complex back into balance.
